iReady Diagnostic
Our class is scheduled to take the iReady diagnostic April 19, 20, and 27 from 8:15- 9:15 am. Please plan on having your student attend all three days. Students need to be on campus by 8:05. Students need to bring a mask and set of headphones to use for testing.
Writing Wall of Fame
The following students have been recognized for their writing:

Next Week In Reading
Phonics/Phonemic Awareness: base words with -ed, -ing
Comprehension: Retell stories, including key details, and demonstrate understanding of their central message.
Spelling words: mix, mixed, hop, hopped, hope, hoping, run, running, use, used
FRY words- say, great, where, help, through
Vocabulary: softly, universe, magical, field, wondrous, shrubbery
Next Week In Math
We will learn double digit addition without regrouping.
Homework
Monday- Put spelling and FRY words in ABC order
Tuesday- Math Problem
Wednesday- Read, The Dot
Thursday- Math Problem
Students should read a minimum of 20 minutes each evening.
